    The Living at Home Network is a resource hub and advocate, an advisor on operations, and a connector among all members. Each year, nearly 10,000 older people in Minnesota continue to live independently at home with the help of 32 non-profit, community-held programs that tailor their services and support to the community’s needs. Together, these programs are the Living at Home Network.

Citizens come together to do the hard work and organizing needed for developing this local, volunteer-driven model. LAHN programs share the following guiding principles.
