Renovations started in November of 2007. In February 2008, Ferrara Forni sent all the bricks and mortar from Naples and arrived with his assistant Raffaele. Three days and $35,000 later, we had a beautiful pizza oven. We finished the renovations in about 10 months and were in business. So now the fun starts!
