While Crane Prairie Resort is off the beaten track, your driving is rewarded by a forested RV park next to a beautiful lake. The park office/store was in a cool log house, and the store was well stocked with many items (including fishing accouterments). The sites were well spaced and surrounded by trees, rocks and lots of chipmunks.
