The Bad. The Bad. 1) No one answered the phone EVER. 2) I received a defective wine glass and was short 4 glasses and 2 of the gift boxes for the wine glasses were fused together. 3) My flute glasses took more than a month to receive. The Good. 1) Someone named “Vina” was very responsive to emails.
